All four pictures together as a set.
Hermione, Cho, Fleur, Parvati, and Padma from Harry Potter @ the Yule Ball in Goblet of Fire.
Comments welcome as always. If you want to see the pictures slightly larger, check the gallery for them individually.
EDIT:
I have remade this image in 2008! Please look. I promise it's better [link]
She's just a teenage girl. People go through periods of emotional stress...cut her some slack. He boyfriend just died an unpleasant death, and the boy she had a crush on was involved. I could see that being a confusing and upsetting thing. She had every right to cry.
Poor girl go the short end of the stick if you as me. I never really 'hate' characters (some come close though). They serve thier purpose in the story as they should.
Alot of people seem to hate Cho because she's pretty and accepted by her fellow students in the books. It's interesting to here someone say they hate her because of her crying...^_^;;;
I'm glad you liked it even despite your distaste for Cho. She and Hermione were IMO the better of the 4.
Is that really how you imagined thier robes *relieved* I was wondering if it was too far of a cry from 'wisard robes' since they are really just normal dresses really as opposed to flowing robes like you would see in LOTR. I feel better about how I interpreted them now!
Whoa..I just never liked Cho, even before the fifth book..during the fifth book if she was so emotionally scard by cedric why would she be so fast to go out with harry it wasnt even half a year after cedric died...and when she was with harry all she wanted to talk about was cedric..on the first date..not good...they bearly even knew each other...she should have waited (then she rubbed it in how much other guys wanted her)...and besides harry had to watch the death and drag his body back with him...it would be alot more scarring for him...then later in the 5th book she flat out ditches harry and goes for micheal corner. I DISLIKE Cho. Oh also her getting all pissy at Harry for being mad about Marietta...stupit Martietta....ok..thats why I don't like Cho. Not because she is a popular pretty accepted character.
There are a lot of themes that run through the stock gallery many people have similar ideas but they pull them off in different ways. In this series of newsletters we will look at similar ideas but different outcomes.
Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 10 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
When it comes to community spirit, `Rushy is a shining example. From participating in devmeets, to providing positive encouragement to other artists, `Rushy can always be found demonstrating what it really takes to be a true deviant. It's without any hesitation that we are delighted to award the Deviousness Award for July 2009 to `RushyRead More
